We are just in the process of buying a property with a very unusual layout, we have a very healthy budget for a renovation, and it does include the whole house. We have a budget of £150k-£200k for the renovation.

We have a very battered up 4 bed period townhouse that needs doing from top to bottom - budget c £150k - I know that i want to change the layout of one floor and repurpose the garage into a utility and storage room and study but feeling pretty overwhelmed with it all.
