Apologies if there's already a thread on this, I've looked and can't see one and Advance Search function wasn't helpful.

We watched the first season of this when it was on Sky but the second season is on Paramount+ so we've taken a free 7 day trial so that we can binge it!! It is just as good as the first season. I don't want any spoilers as we're only 3 episodes in, and don't want to spoil for anyone else BUT I have a question... (so look away if you've not watched it yet!)

Why is Michael in prison? Was it because of throwing Carlo's trial? or because he confessed to the manslaughter of Rocco? Do the Baxters still think he did it, or do they all now know it was Adam?

The Baxters knew it was Adam who killed Rocco when they saw him outside the courtroom using his inhaler. At the scene of the crime of Roccos death an inhaler was found. Micheal admits to the detective that he rigged the court in Carlos favour. Brilliant series..

I really enjoyed the first season.
I am up to episode 2 and I am starting to get back into it but found it confusing remembering who everyone was and the back and forth scenes in the first episode did catch me out at times and only added to my confusion.
Amazed some of you remember so clearly but it has helped jog my memory.

Has anyone finished Season 2?

Yes...disappointed with one but at the end but overall really liked the second season.

We are half way series 2 finding it not as good as series 1

I presume he was in jail for rigging the trial and covering up the original death?

I’ve loved season 2, Bryan Cranston has been superb!
I know they’ve said it’s unlikely there will be a season 3, but I’ve got a feeling there may sometime in the future (I hope anyway!).

I didn't like the way it ended at all.
Was not happy with any characters ending.

@ellebelli - do you think they’ve left it open for another season? I know they’ve said it was the final season, but I don’t know how it can be?

My partner said the same...He thinks that there may be another series.
I wouldn't mind if there was but I don't think that will happen.
They have tied up the loose ends,I just don't like the way they did it and some of the decisions made by the characters seem off(fia giving up baby,and Big Mo selling the club-but maybe she did it so she could go off and be with her girlfriend?)
Only odd bit was Jimmy baxters ending(or not!) Maybe a spin off series with those characters?(that's another of my partners ideas 😁)

I thought the ending hedged their bets. Sort of closed but also the door is left ajar for another season.
