Who would you pick Ron or Casey and why?

Casey.
Everything about Ron is annoying. Plus he looks like someone has put a little boy's head on a man's body.
Casey is better looking, nicer and more interesting imo.

Casey said 'nice guys never win', I think there is something in that.
