Has anyone been to britains got talent recording ?

Hoping someone can help . We have tickets to go and I realise they are not guaranteed.
what time is a good time to get there ?
( have to collect them earlier in the day and come back later )

I have been before and am going tomorrow. I have tickets for the evening show tomorrow and am aiming to get in the que at 1pm. States on tickets that the que closes at 5 30 but I want to get iur bands early so that we can have a few hours in London for lunch etc.
