OMG is it soooooo the Kemps. Definitely the speaking voice and you could then hear it when he wS singing. Don't get any of the clues though.

Biggest voice clue since Morten Harket apart from Morten singing his own song is that the male voice is undoubtedly Martin Kemp. The family are also rather Media Friendly
