ANTM - New Series First Thoughts

hurrah! its back! anyone else see the first two eps tonight

ok - boo to anyone who who was nasty to heather with aspergers. that means specifically janet (shorthaired) and kimberley.

bianca already is our series bbee-atch --- looking forward to next week's catfight. ebony's is the most beautiful colour i have ever seen. thought victoria also had great photos (she was the quiet one with the lazy voice who got annoyed they said she had low self esteem). and lisa looked amazing too.

Was it me, or were Mila's eyes really weird. I watched ep one with dd, and had to record ep 2 as it was past dd's bedtime. Soo I will be watching it again tomorrow.
I liked Ebony's colour too, I also thought Heather had a very ethereal look.

mila's eyes were weird. a bit piggy and strangely lined with black. am so jealous you have the second ep to see tomo.

What the hell was that girls name? Was supposed to be Spontaneous, but spelled in a strange manner, how the hell would you pronounce that? I liked heather, but like she said I do always go with the underdog. It's really hard not to google who wins as US is so far ahead of us.

Did anyone watch model behaviour (or something like that) a UK version where Alice won, I loved her think I had abit of a crush lol

Liked the exotic dancer one too can't remeber her name, and Ebony even though she was a bit of a bitch.

the exotic dancer was lisa - looked stunning in the pic. god - i live in fear of finding the result out early. i found out by accident the time when caridee won and i so gutted. never watched model behaviour - tho' the bits i did catch were loads better than the uk version of antm, which was shite.

also, how much better was janice dickinson than twiggy is?? apparently, janice and tyra didnt get on.

Ebony, Heather and Lisa are my faves so far I think.. Also liked that Victoria refused to join in with the nastiness about Heather...

Is it the make over one next week ? I wonder who will be the one this year who overreacts massively to having their locks chopped off

ok, i'm going to put it out there...what about Tyra singing in that leotard? Her legs are awful! I know, I know - she's not a model anymore and doesn't have to be stick thin and I do think the rest of her looks fantastic but think if it's all about 'knowing your body and showing off your assets' - cover them knees up Tyra!!

(should add that her legs are 100x better than mine!)
(but i still wouldn't wear a leotard on tele if I was Tyra!)

Oooo, I saw it on last night randomly, didn't realise it was the NEW series, thought I might be watching an old one (until I saw the poster pics of the last winner, forgotten her name). Heather looked amazing in the pic, as did Victoria. I wish they had put through the black girl with a sort of mohican haircut (forgotten her name) she was stunning.

Thought I would find an ANTM thread if I tried hard enough!

Annoyingly I was looking up the name of the last seasons winner on wikipedia and failed to realise that this season had already finished in the States so I already know who wins. I am gutted. I have avoided finding out in every other series, despite my DH taunting me (he usually looks it up!) (not that he watches it of course. It is for girls. Not grown men. He wouldn't watch that trash. Oh no. )
But I know.

But I won't tell!

Liked Heather a lot. And the exotic dancer. And am still in love with Nigel - thought he was funny telling Tara why she was "ugly".

growly - DH loves ATM in a way that's just not right. saying that, he teaches teens in south london, and apparently even the machoist and coolest of 17 yo boys is allowed to have an opinion on this show

sorry to hear you found out who won, i did that for series 7 and was fuming.

ok - last night: i missed the last couple of minutes and dont know if it was bianca or that other one who went. hope bianca stayed, as she's got loadsa entertainment value.

think victoria's photo was stunning, but she comes across like a tosser. funny to see a dif side to ebony, hope she gets her confidence back as i do like her. glad to see people are being good to heather - tho' i will still never forgive the two who were nasty to her at the start,
