And is it fair to say that some of the people/average joes being featured have actually just made very stupid business decisions without thoroughly researching first?

Phew!

Because I was starting to think I was being particularly judgemental, but, I should know by now that Panorama like to go for the shock method of reporting when they havent got much to go on.

I can't believe people are actually forking out the money they are, and committing to such huge debts without looking into local prices, rent market etc.

DP has just switched over to it. I'm more shocked to hear the narrator say things like "two 'undred thousand" and "Bri'ish". Not what I expect from the BBC!!

It's madness, isn't it?

I mean, in an ideal world, there wouldnt be companies/individuals out there ready and willing to take advantage of naive people. But, it's not an ideal world.
