I'm home alone today and still recovering from lurgy. So I'm thinking of binging HV from the beginning.

I've watched episode 1 of series 3. Just feel I need a recap

Anyone else done this? Or new to HV?

Ive just watched it for the first time. Blimey, it’s hard hitting ! I thought it was all cloth caps and whippets in Yorkshire 🤣

I accidentally started watching series 1 episode 1 instead of the new one. I realised I couldn't remember half of it so I just carried on and binged both series.

Just caught up with the new one last night and now feel deprived because I have to wait til tomorrow for the next episode.

I rewatched them for season 3 starting.
I'd forgotten about the side story with the policeman 😣
Sarah Lancashire is just brilliant.

I'm from the north and I confess I did have a lurcher until recently. My flat cap is more boho though 😉

Dh is going to work around 1 so I'll try and fit in as much as possible. I did lots of housework after work yesterday so I won't be thinking about that. Not that I really do.

I rewatched it all Op before the 3rd series. Really glad I did.

I rewatched the last one before this series. But feel I want to rewatch all now. I had remembered about the policeman but not why he'd done it.

I rewatched the first two series with my son who was too young for it previously. He's 18 now and loved it. It's just really hard having to wait a week for each new episode now.

It's the best drama ever and I want to start a Catherine Cawood appreciation society on mumsnet and learn how to make grown men squirm the way she does !
I just hope those polish thugs get their comeuppance! Can but hope

I've told adult dss to watch HV. The youngest probably will.

I didn't watch it before so I've now watched S1 and S2 on I Player and have time to watch S3 1 and 2 again before Sunday, and it's good!!

I've just binge Season 1 again this week and I realised I'd forgotten more than I'd remembered. Starting on Season 2 tomorrow. Tommy Lee Royce wasn't as psychopathic in Season 1 as I remembered (apart from when he reversed the yellow mini scene). I thought the 'I'm your dad/I've got a son bits were quite touching. I'd forgotten that.

I rewatched the whole thing before s3. It's SO good! Finished at the weekend and watched the first two available from s3 yesterday.

I'm now a little bereft that I have to wait until Sunday for another episode!

I'd only seen 4 or 5 episodes of S2 in the past so binged S1 and S2 recently. It's brilliant and I'm hooked. TLR is horrific.

Have you seen James Norton getting interviewed? So opposite! Shows what a great actor he is.
