Family TV series

Looking for recommendations of series to watch with 12 year old. Modern Family, Friends, Superstore have all been successful. Have got access to Amazon, Netflix and Disney+ as well as normal TV. Very grateful for any suggestions.

Ghosts, both UK and US (though watch the UK one first)

How about Abbott Elementary?

The Middle is brilliant if you have Comedy Central. Frankie, Mike & their kids are great

Big Bang theory and young sheldon.

Malcolm in the Middle is one me and DS have enjoyed together. We loved Modern Family too. And I echo Ghosts.

Mine is of a similar age and loves Parks and Rec.

Another vote for Ghosts - DD (16 & 12) and Grandma (87) enjoy it as much as I do.

We also enjoyed 'His Dark Materials' - though that one confused Grandma.

Have done all the Marvel films & several of series - 'WandaVision' was the only one that we all loved - I had to explain the first few episodes old sitcom jokes. We've just started on 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and it's going down well.

DD1 really enjoys 'Call the Midwife' but DD2 not enamoured.

We are loving Community at the moment (DS 12 and 14). Its brilliant and silly. Other hours are Parks and Rec, Father Ted, It crowd, Dark Materials, Taskmaster, Ghosts

Life in pieces is good (Amazon). It’s similar to modern family.

We are also enjoying race around the world (bbc iPlayer) at the moment. DH and I watched it first time around but the kids (11 and 13) are absolutely loving it now. They also quite like the apprentice, which has just started a new series
