Watching HV and seeing how true to life, and realistic the dialogue is between characters makes coming back to EE and it’s soap cliches (plus shallow characters) almost a painful experience. I still like EE, but there.

Not sure about the rules in catering and HIV (he cannot apply a plaster properly though, and it should be a blue plastr in food hygiene)
HIV virus is very fragile outside the body but of course he'll need testing for Hep A/B/C , maybe CJD too ? Which would impact in his catering .

And if he told Ravi would he be accepting or a Get Out of My Pub type ?
