Yep we're all on a merry go round. Just a few examples from many.

Chas loses the pub. Charity buys it. Chas stays in the pub.
David loses the shop. Eric buys it. David stays in the shop.
Bernice is menopausal. Liam prescribes HRT. Bernice has no more symptoms with immediate effect.

Nothing that happens has any consequences. It's just for the short term drama and then the status quo is restored.

Mackenzie/Chloe is just a repeat of the Robert/Rebecca shite. Man argues with his partner who he loves, gets pissed, has it off with the local pain in the arse, poor little rich girl who spends her life wafting round the village. She gets pregnant. He realises he wants the baby.

But Dawn is going to train as a vet isn't she? Although surely that in itself is ridiculous as it's a 5/6 year full time university course, not something she can qualify in whilst working reception and shadowing Rhona 🤷🏻‍♀️
