Currently watching 'Home for Christmas' which is a Scandi series in Netflix. Bit like Bridget Jones I suppose, but episodes.

Anyone got any other recommendations? Either the usual dark drama or light-hearted.

I like the humour and the scenary

’Rita’ is a Danish series on Netflix. It’s brilliant

‘Dag’ is one of my favourite tv shows ever - Norwegian dark comedy/drama, slightly surreal and pretty fucked up. When it started it was about a couples therapist who doesn’t believe in relationships but ends up much more than that. It used to be on Sky Arts if you can find it.
There’s also Bonus Family on Netflix, which is a Swedish show.

Bonus Family is my comfort watch 😍 (Netflix)
I liked Rita too
Theres one about a woman who has an affair…. It will come to me… Love and Anarchy!
I like the vibe and the scenery and the interiors and also that you have to read the subtitles so can’t multitask as easily.

I watched Occupied - which is a Norwegian series about Russia 'invading' Norway. Very interesting

Oh yes, Bonus family is fab!

My recommendation is Norsemen (on Netflix.) Imagine Monty Python portraying the life of small village Norwegians in the time of the Vikings. Very funny.
