Amazon Prime Help!

I have Amazon Prime and want to watch a film that requires a purchase . Prime is saying on my TV that oatmeal method has expired. It had, months ago and I have updated it . Online my Amazon account shows my new Visa card but when trying to watch on TV it shows old card. Help!!!!!!

Yes you will need to log out of Amazon on your tv then log back in to update it

Can you pay for it on your computer or phone rather than TV, that is what I did, or have you already paid.

Thank you.It seems that although I have updated my expired card, Amazon keeps defaulting to it even though I have updated. Had to update again and now prime has accept the purchase. Thanks for replies, was about to throw the TV.😁
