Just been reading the reviews - very critical of his ‘unrealistic’ price breakdowns!
Never mind! I’ll be watching anyway!

£1 per person seems reasonable for the dishes but initial outlay for store cupboard could bump up the price first time you cook.
I would use quorn instead of meat as vegetarian.
