Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

Anybody else watch this? It's on Sky Comedy. I found it by accident and have been watching it for a couple of years now. I love John Oliver. I've not come across a tv show that combines comedy with serious politics and social issues as well as this. Although it does sometimes makes me pretty terrified about where the US is heading.

I used to enjoy it but I find him irritating now. It’s like the ick - I can’t explain it.

Its been coming on for a while now but I found the “Law and Order” (tv series) episode particularly poor - it only seemed to refer to episodes from years back, not so much the more recent stuff - so it made me wonder if everything else is so selectively edited to support a particular viewpoint.
