Horror recommendations for 12 year old

My 12 year old loves a bit of horror/scary stuff, he loved Signs and Stranger Things. Don't mind some violence or swearing, but would rather things without sex, any recommendations? I was wondering if he'd like Sixth Sense as I don't remember that being too scary but it's been a while and it's a 15 apparently.

Following as I also want a suitable film to watch with a 12 year old for halloween!

My dd is the same, loves a bit of horror!
Poltergeist is now on iplayer. One of my favourites, we're going to watch that soon.

The Woman in Black is a 12A

Ooh Poltergeist is only a PG?! Interesting, and I didn't realise Woman in Black is only 12. I wonder if it's still on stage.

The Craft

Apparently 'The Ring' is a 12 but I really think that would scare my 11yo.

The Ring terrified me at 15 so think I will hang fire on that one, was the first scary film I saw in the cinema!

It came up when I was also looking for age appropriate horror. I honestly think the twisted faces and Samara emerging from the well would give him nightmares.
