Who do you think is making the anonymous calls to Mac? i think it has something to do with the man who fell off the roof in the last series. The one who Mac was accused of pushing

I'm not sure, I reckoned it might have an Irish link, to do with the bloke that died in the bomb Mac rigged up in the "Snow Day" episode. I got the impression that it would come back to haunt him, since they seemed to be a big gang, and Mac told him he would hunt him down and find the connection to the female FBI agent's death...she was one of Mac's friends wasn't she?
Dh did suggest that is was to do with Clay the serial killer though...

clayre · 27/01/2008 20:42

i dunno but i hope they dont drag it out as long as the vegas miniture killers story!

mankyscotslass · 27/01/2008 20:43

I lost track of the Vegas ones a few seasons ago, I just about manage to keep up with Miama and NY!

theyoungvisiter · 27/01/2008 20:46

I love it - don't get to watch it often though as it's on too late (tragic).

I have a school-girl crush on Danny [sigh....]

mankyscotslass · 27/01/2008 20:48

I love Danny too....and Mac, and Flack....so many good looking men! Although it took a while for me to get used to Flack, as I kept remembering him when he played Rachaels toyboy in Friends.

clayre · 27/01/2008 20:51

csi ny definatley has the best male cast.

Jbck · 28/01/2008 23:04

I've given up on the scripts as they are now getting too obvious & the dialogue states the obvious all the time. I only watch NY & Vegas for the men, imagine a Flack & Danny sandwich

MrsJohnCusack · 29/01/2008 01:19

I lvoe it but we haven't got the new series here yet
CSI starts next Sunday though - AT LAST

he is quite reptilian

the fop is v.nice

SaltireOShanter · 29/01/2008 08:07

I'd rather watch Gary Sinise any day than Horatio hand-on-hips! I do like Flack

OP posts:
mankyscotslass · 29/01/2008 08:32

I like Sinise as well. I read an article about him a while ago, where he spoke about the part and the fact it allows him to have a family life too. There is something attractive about him though, or maybe I am odd!
Flack is vv sexy, but it did take me ages to get over him as the toyboy in Friends...

SaltireOShanter · 29/01/2008 09:24

Let's compare the leading men

Mac

Hoaratio with his hands on his bloody hips AND his sunglassses on

and finally the other one

OP posts:
mankyscotslass · 29/01/2008 09:32

Saltire, you should have warned me, I'm all flushed and breathless now!
No contest, Sinise wins hands down.....

moosmummy · 29/01/2008 11:48

Mac is too earnest for me - i love NY but it doesn't have the humour that Vegas does, which i also love. Not sure how it's going to pan out now that they've got Sara on a different shift to the others. Can't stand Miami - Horatio is just ridiculous and as for the stupid pathologist who examines the bodies with her hair in her face, sunglasses on and false nails!

Anyway - back to the original question - i think it could be the Irish connection too, i hadn't thought of that one. Just hope that it's not a let down!

Desiderata · 29/01/2008 11:53

What's the name of the black fella in Vegas? Now he's a dish.

Vegas is definitely my favourite.

mankyscotslass · 29/01/2008 12:44

I would probably need to start fresh with Vegas, although I agree about Warwick, Desiderata. I liked him best in thaty series, although my mum loved Grissom....
I actually laugh quite a lot at Miami to be honest, DH and I watch it now for the Caineisms and hands on hip moments.....

SaltireOShanter · 29/01/2008 13:04

I forgot about the Irish thing in CSINY.
Desi, do you mean him?
He looks like the man that was in boneyM

moosmummy - i am hoping that sara Snidey being on a different shift means we will see less of her. i am a bad person becasue I wanted her to die under the car

OP posts:
Desiderata · 29/01/2008 16:21

Glad to see that manky's got some taste.

The man in Boney M indeed [sigh] Jeez, now he was ugly!

chrissnow · 29/01/2008 16:29

I have to admit I have a thing for Grissom . Although I wouldn't say no to Flack, Danny, Mac, Warwick or the other vegas one whose name escapes me at the moment. Sara irritates the hell out of me too Saltire.
Cannot watch Miami - He does my head in. saying. each. word. really. really. slowly.
AAAARGH!!!

mankyscotslass · 29/01/2008 16:30
Grin
chrissnow · 29/01/2008 16:30

Must re-watch all of NY and find out what Mac did at 3.33 (Is that the time the bomb went off/man fell off building?)

PersonalClown · 29/01/2008 16:32

Hey, hey, hey....wait for meeeee!!!
New York is my favourite. I go barmy if I miss an episode.

SaltireOShanter · 29/01/2008 16:32

Also, Hoartio Handsonhips promises every single victim "I will get whoever did this to you"

OP posts:
mankyscotslass · 29/01/2008 16:34

Chrissnow can't you watch Miami for Delko?.....think massive incentive!!
And I quite like that Jake, although Calleigh musy be bad to pick him over Eric. What is it about bad boys?
