DS won't watch it! As soon as it comes on he gets distressed and asks for it to be turned off straight away and it's the same with the Weakest Link too. For some reason he thinks it's very scary and referrs to Anne Robinson as 'that scary lady on the Weakest Link'. He's got a point like.

Is it still on CBeebies? I thought they'd taken it off after all those complaints?

Yeah i think they took it off, but my DD still refers to it and still doesnt like going to bed because of the 'monsters'. Im scared of Anne Robinson too!!

at around this age lots of children do become aware of monsters anyway and their imaginations can run away with them a bit. I remember my ds going to bed distraught one night because the previous night he'd seen archy from The coala brothers in his bedroom! Turns out he'd just been dreaming, but at 3 didn't quite grasp the concept of it being a dream iyswim?
