I've just watched the first episode this evening. I thought the older English guy seemed very sweet although I've a feeling he's going to be an emotional car crash (his poor daughters). Her adult daughter was being a ridiculous drama llama - clearly feeling very threatened by the whole situation.

I quite like the other couple (beardy guy and bride who jumped behind the bar).

Yes I was getting annoyed with the ex police officer chap, he was so over the top and his wife's Daughter (Rebecca I think) was being a nightmare and a drama queen. Sadly I think the short haired wife will end up being stuck in the middle with both of them being so needy.

I did like the bearded surfer and the blonde lady. They seemed to get on well and had a laugh during the photos which I think is a good sign.

Also wasn't appreciating the blatant tongue sandwiches between the older couple. I think she'll go off him quickly as he's very OTT and also I'm betting there's a reason he's already been divorced twice...

Beardy guy was ok until he had to burp during wedding photos....bit gross!

Saw this thread yesterday so just watched first episode now and it didn't disappoint.

Thought MAFS Australia this year was brilliant so hoping for the same drama!

Agree MAFS this year was sooo good! The psycho that was Olivia could not be replicated!
Just saw this so will give it a whirl!

So many questions. What's going on with Ben?He seemd to be falling asleep on the counselling sofa,one of the ixperts noticed it too. Is he just being a dick or is he on something? Is is just me or am I not noticing much affection between loved up couple Brett & Angel,they hold hands but just seem like good friends,they don't seem to kiss.They are really sweet though. I thought the ixperts might ask them about their sex life,like they do on the Aussie one,but they don't.
The women are really annoying me too!!

Just got over Love Island (watched my first series), veteran of MAFSAUS x2 and MAFSUK x1, checked on E4 today to see when the catchup is, and SAW THIS. Have I got room for NZ as well as UK starting tomorrow? And I'm watching 90 day fiance UK as well.
I'll just have to give up work for a few weeks to fit it all in.

The older couple, English guy is just v strange what was all the crying about for the other younger couple who have had a fall out ? I felt sorry for the bearded guy too his wife just wouldn’t listen to him. The English guy tried to get them talking to each other then when he realised it wasn’t working, he was sobbing it was very strange, not sure his wife was v impressed, she said he’s only just met them!

Vicky is treating Andrew like a bloody doormat 😡

The English guy is a real melter, I feel so sorry for his bride. He completely ignored her for the most part during that party, apart from to wail on her shoulder. Getting invested now, can't wait to see the home stays!

I have just started S3 of this. Some of the matches are so awful, what were they thinking. The experts don't seem to give much advice or get involved in the same way as MAFS Australia. I hate it when they match a couple where one wants kids and the other doesn't. There's unlikely to be any compromise there.

I am still addicted to it though.
