What can I watch???

I don't have terrestrial
Tv only Netflix and Prime. I can't find anything to watch! I'm after a series to get my teeth into. I've done all the obvious ones - any suggestions?? Don't really like horror or crime, like a bit of period drama, gritty is good. Also like quirky humour.

Gaslit! It is brilliant. On some random top-up thing to Prime but you’ll find it if you search Prime. Julia Roberts / Watergate scandal, what’s not to like

Outlander - especially series 1 to 3. About the Jacobite rebellion and with amazing chemistry of 2 main stars but it has now gone from Prime but I bought it and have loved it.

have you tried Mindhunter or Unbelievable - both on Netflix? Fascinating and brilliant and based on real events.

@Hels20 oh I'm a complete Outlander fan, absolutely loved it. Also enjoyed This is Us. Also Schitts Creek, Breaking Bad, The Last Kingdom, etc. i do like a good long running series. I also loved The Let Down (Aussie series, very funny bittersweet series about parenthood). I haven't heard those last ones you mentioned, will take a look.
