Strictly pre-record timings.. Help!!

Not sure if this the right place to post but… does anyone know anything about going to see the Strictly dancers pre record?
I have been lucky enough to get tickets in the ballot & the studios are only about 90-120 mins away. But they are not guaranteed entry - so first come first get in system I believe. Anyone else been? If so what time would you recommend getting there? Admission time is 6:45pm

Some people who went last year saw folk who had queued overnight to get in.

We were at the live recording of one of the weekend shows in 2019. Tickets are validated at 9am, then you return later for the recording.

We joined the queue at 3am and were about 30th in line, and we got excellent seats a couple rows back from the dance floor. The people at the front had been there since midnight. Take a camping chair and blankets and food and drinks!

Thanks both - I had heard it was a very long wait/early morning/no sleep for the live Saturday shows - Bet it was well worth it though @DoneAdulting !
I was hoping for some specific tales/info for the prerecord show. Wonder if you would have to get there crazy early for that too?
