Benidorm fans, unite!

Just bingeing Benidorm for the 3rd time (well up until the Garveys leave because it goes downhill) as need cheering up. God but it’s excellent and so so funny!

My top 3 moments are:

• When Geoff calls Mel a dickhead and Mel says “You can’t call me that, my father fell in Normandy” and Geoff replies “I don’t care if he went arse over tit on Scunthorpe, you’re a dickhead!”


• when Noreen’s boyfriend says, inexplicably ‘Richard of York Gave Battle in Vain’ to Mateo and he replies “where is the person looking after you?”


• When Donald and My Wife Jacqueline offer to look after Telle, Michael & Coolio while Madge and Janice go to hospital and Madge says “That’s right, send the kiddies with Fred West and his wife” and then Donald and Jacqueline are just grinning inanely

Absolutely love Benidorm.

The infamous scene where Noreen is phoning home to Jeff telling him they’d found a body in the pool at the Solana, then utters the words that I would never have thought they would have allowed on telly “that reminds me, could you record Strike it Lucky for me?”

Also anything that Kenneth says. Brilliant character.

I need to do a rewatch, loved it.

Wish they'd reboot it. Could do with something properly funny and easy to watch.

Yes! I love benidorm, even recently converted DS15 to it and he is binging it currently! Am almost at the end of series 9 on netflix, and gutted I can't see series 10 on there!

The thought of The Krankies as Porn stars/Swingers 😂

Altho this is my 4th or 5th watch, so I am not missing out on the ending! 😂

Oh I love this series. I might have a binge watch again from the beginning today as its pouring down here.

You've reminded me why I need to watch this all over again!!

I have literally watched all the episodes at least 10 times!
When I have a long drive to do, I put it on, on my phone , then put the phone away obviously and just listen to it like an audio book.
Love Noreen. You can actually believe that she is that dense.
