Supernatural is very gory, much gorier than the earlier Stranger Things, although we haven't seen the most recent one which is supposed to be more horror. Mine watched it at 15 I think and was fine but isn't sensitive at all.

Fringe.

Wellington Paranormal.

What we do in the Shadows is absolutely hilarious but very, very filthy so might be best avoided if you don't like smut.

Locke and Key is good.

Buffy is good - but quite a lot of more adult themes in the later series.
