I'm not sure where this post belongs - it's film length but on iplayer. I loved this, it was gentle but very moving.

So do I. It’s exquisite - you really get the sense of who Raymond’s parents were, and how funny, reserved and decent they were. Quiet majesty, this film.

IRL Ray’s first wife died when her cancer was ignored because she also had schizophrenia. Not a great way to go. But his parents’ gentle kindness to her made a huge difference.

Watched it a few years ago at Christmas and just remember how much my then 12YO autistic DD enjoyed it. She asked to watch it again, and she never does that.
Lovely film.
