It's making me fel so tense just watching it - the speed and hoo-ha...Delia always seems so calm when she cooks, Nigella, languid even! If I was doing this in real time, I would have indigestion by now! Love scallops, though.

The camera is giving me travel sickness - stay with me - so if I was doing it in real time I would have another reasojn to not want to eat.

Also - I couldn't keep up, I like to WASH MY HANDS after mangling them around in raw seafood before putting my thumb over the - stay with me - olive oil and drizzling it over a salad, then hands into the raw meat and back on the Olive Oil...yuk yuk, yuk.
