I have just about recovered from This is Us ending, can anyone recommend anything equally excellent?? We have Netflix and Prime. Thank you!

A Place to Call Home, Australian family drama set in the 50s, I have just watched all six series again, it's on Drama on UK TV or first 2 seasons are free on Prime, I felt a bit bereft when I finished it like I did with This Is Us

I’m bingeing on Nashville for the second time on All 4. There’s 6 or 7 series of it and it’s pretty lighthearted fluff, with some compelling characters and lots of good music.

I have finished Stranger things and Ozark too. Nothing seems to be grabbing me at the moment.

Parenthood (on prime). It's better than This is Us.

Also, Kingdom (MMA) free on Prime with adverts. It's also a drama about a family but centred about a gym owned by the father Alvey Kulina. It's amazing but it's more intense and tragic than This Is Us. The acting is incredible.

Offspring - Australian TV show about a doctor and her family. Fantastic!

Schitts Creek is brilliant...it settles into itself after Season 1.
I keep rewatching it.

If you’re a fan of Catastrophe and the like, Breeders on Now TV is worth a watch. Quite dark though.

Friday Night Lights is exceptional. And really gripped me. I came to it late and only watched it over the last year or so.

Just finished Schitts Creek. It took me a while to get into it but it's so good.

I don't ever want to watch anything ever again. Nothing can top This is Us. It was the most perfect piece of television I have ever seen. Ever.
