House prices are totally mad £8 million

I admire that old guy who refuses to sell to developers despite being offered up to £10 million.

we live about 7miles away from there, and when I left school I worked there at a cafe, saving for my first car and monay for college.

was a dive then, would never have believed the prices that they sell for nowadays!
