I want to watch a new series, but I can't remember the name, the channel or the date it starts

I know that all sounds a bit vague and airhead-ish, but I only saw the trailer once. It's by Kevin Smith (the writer/director of Clerks and Dogma), and it's about a young man whose parents sold his soul to the devil when he was a baby. I think it's starting this week or next week. I'm pretty sure it's on a commercial channel, probably a Freeview one.

Thank you everyone. It's obviously quite a serious issue that it clashes with Torchwood, but I think I will be able to record the BBC3 repeat of Torchwood if I'm not able to watch one and record the other for some reason.

I'm hoping for some seriously witty dialogue and odd plot twists as Kevin Smith is involved.
