Loved Wet Leg and St Vincent so far - enjoying Billie Ellish right now.

Been to the festival 5 times and it's great fun but I am enjoying being indoors and comfy and warm and clean - must be getting old!

Beautiful song, and at least people can sing along, should've done more Beatles upbeats with a few sing along sloweys

Floralnomad · 25/06/2022 23:37

This is a new low

littlbrowndog · 25/06/2022 23:37

My cats gone out to murder a rodent or 2

CoolShoeshine · 25/06/2022 23:37

I’ve given up and gone to bed. If anything exciting happens l’ll catch up on YouTube tomorrow. Shame I was really looking forward to Noel followed by Macca but it’s gone downhill in the last hour.

IStandWithMaya · 25/06/2022 23:37

I think he's doing well

CuriousCatfish · 25/06/2022 23:38

My cat has gone out to look at things under the gate.

ZaraSizeMedium · 25/06/2022 23:38

My dog is giving me the stink eye, I think he's heard enough and wants to go to bed.

TwoOwlSocks · 25/06/2022 23:38

Is this about halfway? I can't see how he's going to last given his voice in that last one.

UrsulaPandress · 25/06/2022 23:39

Now I’ll cry.

carbay · 25/06/2022 23:39

I'm old, this is horrific.

CuriousCatfish · 25/06/2022 23:39

He's not the only one who is not going to last.

I fear there's another one coming...

littlbrowndog · 25/06/2022 23:40

He looks knackered. Tbh

SleepSleepRaveAsleep · 25/06/2022 23:40

He's doing better than I thought, I just wish he'd done more of his hits, he has more than enough to fill the set. Even my mum a die hard fan (once upon a time) agrees, singing songs people don't know is daft.

Sparkesy · 25/06/2022 23:40

It's a slow and painful death. I've had to put it on mute

JaneJeffer · 25/06/2022 23:40
Sad

It’s here now

Jellykat · 25/06/2022 23:40

If he was here today, he'd tell you this is a shit song Paul!

andi62 · 25/06/2022 23:40

Bloke's getting on, doing ok, all things considered, probably knackered by now, i would be.

Octomore · 25/06/2022 23:40

I'm pleasantly surprised, actually. This is ok. At 80, he's earned the right to have to lean on the band to support his vocals.

As a separate point, I think it's pretty poor that Glasto seems to have so many musicians on the headline stage who are well past (20, 30, 40 years past) their heyday. In the 90s, the Pyramid stage on Saturday night featured current bands. When did it become such a nostalgia-fest?

Punkypinky · 25/06/2022 23:41

I'm in bed now but still enjoying the thread. Decided to watch tomorrow so I can fast forward bits.

Never read an ongoing review of a gig based on cat activity before but enjoying it 😂
