What did you think?

Final 2 mins were a bit ambiguous weren't they?

Also why was Luk angry with Lia in the final episode? Was it about Didier? I thought he already knew?

I enjoyed it, bit like An Inspector Calls on a gorgeous island 😂

Posting without reading your OP as we are halfway through this and LOVING IT!

But I have got covid so our joint telly watching has to be out on hold.

I recommended it to a friend the other day - surprised how little attention this has received tbh.

Oh you poor thing, hope you feel better soon. Come back and we can chat when you've finished it!

Just finished it.
I thought it was a decent enough story.

Loved the character of Luc.
Think he was angry with Lia because she had conspired with the other women without his knowledge. Openness between them was very important to him.
He said something like, "Why didn't you tell me?" and when she replied, "Because you would have told Peter," he said, "Then you don't know me at all."

Ah right, yes of course, that makes sense. Thanks😊

I couldn't get past how much one of the characters looked 20 years older than the rest, so I googled it and he was in fact 20 years older than the rest 🤔.

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 26/06/2022 08:26

Oh funny 😂

I've just finished this series amongst all my Glastonbury watching. I enjoyed it and would recommend.

Finally finished it tonight. Loved it. Agree with the ending being ambiguous. The letter said 'court summons' didn't it? For Didier and Sofie? Not sure what that means.

Loved Mowgli. He was so handsome and decent.

It raised some really interesting issues. Ultimately it seems it was a mistake that the tape was brought to light. Which isn't a ver PC/#metoo sentiment, but I think there is some truth in it.

Fascinating.

Couldn't get my head around their language at all! Sometimes sounded French, sometimes English, sometimes god knows what. Love a bit of Euro subtitled telly!

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 11/07/2022 23:26

I agree, it threw up more questions than answers, very interesting.

I think the court summons meant there was a case against them and they would be prosecuted for causing Mowglis death.
I couldn’t follow it in Dutch with sub titles and watched it dubbed into English. Although this changes the acting which was a bit feeble at times

MermaidEyes · 12/07/2022 09:06

I enjoyed it but thought some of it was a bit ludicrous. The 3 main guys spent half their time loudly whispering in earshot of anyone nearby. It felt like there were a lot of repeated scenes. Also agree that the dubbed version gave a slightly different feel to it as honestly, a lot of the male voices sounded the same. Also agree about the much older actor 😂 I thought it was a good idea for a storyline though

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 12/07/2022 13:44

I watched it with sub titles, I can't stand dubbing.

I just finished this last night. I really enjoyed it. However, I have have one question: I thought that wig was made from a ponytail and I think you need the root to get DNA from hair.
I was also wondering exactly what each person’s letter said.

felineweird · 02/10/2022 14:20

I just couldn't get over how little most of them lookedike their 30 years ago characters! Especially Didier
