Anyone watching on Prime?
We have watched the 3 first episodes and loving the season so far.

Yes! Watch 2 so far loving. It didn't think I would like it at first but the humour great, even the gore is funny.

Not yet. No time right now but it’s hovering.

I somehow devoured the previous two seasons while despising every second of it …

I feel like there are many subtle digs at Marvel too, or copies of characters but made parody like, I am enjoying those too

3 episodes down already! I bloody love it!

Yes - wish Amazon would have just released the full season, although we would have finished it already!

I like that they got the lads all back together pretty quickly. I feel like a lot of series, ahem Stranger Things, would have dragged out them being separate for a bit.

Am loving it and been soo good, my 21 year old son got me to watch the other seasons with him and did not think would like it at all but it is great. Also loving Severance once got through 1st episode, each episode leaves me intrigued for the next. Stranger things did not like last season but this one has been excellent so far and we binge watched so cannot wait for next episodes.

DP and I have started watching it. About 15 minutes in to the first episode of season 3 we looked at each other, cracked up and went “WTF have we just watched?!?” 😂

Absolutely love The Boys. Gory, funny, satirical and entertaining.

I absolutely love this programme. I’ve got the third one of series three to watch and I might start again at series one so I don’t get withdrawal symptoms.

But somehow lighter than past seasons - don’t know why. I’m glad there’s no more right now - things to do …

You watch the first one thinking 'no, they wont go there.....will they?' The collective shouts of WTF from DH and I were hilarious.

Has anyone watched episode 3 yet - 2 words, hamster and dildo!! LOL. I didn’t think it could give any more shock value from episode 1 the termite but I was wrong! 😊

The dildos cracked me up and then the hamster, omg. I was howling!

Just when I think it can’t get any better they ramp it up.

I'm really enjoying it, lots of shock value but it's well done.

My only niggle at the moment is they keep making out Butcher is pushing them all...isn't that his job? I'm not sure why they were so angry he wanted kimiko to do the dildo job (well that does sound bad but ykwim).

I did enjoy the peep at jensen ackcles but though!

Am loving it. So much gratuitous CGI gore... and I love/hate Homelander so much!

Well, I’m finally bored. Didn’t manage S3 Ep6 in one sitting because halfway through I realised there’s just nothing new.

That really shocks me tbh.
I was glued to it, and it seems to be the highest rated episode ever on IMDB now at 9.8

I certainly couldn’t say there’s any diminution in effort on the part of the writers - there’s obviously a new challenge for the characters. But visually and in terms of dialogue there’s nothing we haven’t already seen. The stakes were always high, but somehow I care less now - cannot help feeling the actors are just going through the motions; there’s nothing new for them, either!

I'm just getting into it now. I like it, but I do think they're going to need to find new ways of innovating beyond 'how can we explode a human?' The digs at corporate America and the nonsense of superhero worship are starting to feel a bit stale now and I feel like it needs something of a shake-up. I'm only a couple of episodes into series three right now though, so maybe it will go to some interesting places.

I will say that I think Chace Crawford is a comic genius. His timing is perfect. His character feels superfluous now but it's always fun seeing him on-screen. Claudia Doumit (who plays Victoria Neuman) is also terrific this season.
