I feel sorry for the Cambridge kids they must be bored out of their mind, probably cold and really tired. And they've yet to put up with Elton John, Rod Stewart and some probs other people who should have retired ages ago.
ALW addressed everyone in a creepy patronising way as if he was talking to young children....when the average age of the crowd is probably 50+

I’m not sure they should be there really - they’re still very young and it’s a long day when you consider they were doing public events in Wales today too. The acts aren’t really child friendly either. I assume they weren’t at yesterday’s church service because it would have been a too bit long and boring for them, and this is much the same really.
Having said that, pretty much everyone else in the Royal box looks like they’re bored to death and would rather be anyway else too, so it’s not just the kids.
