Anyone else always guess wrong on Love It or List It?

Just catching up with the most recent episodes from the Australian version and I always think they're going to sell up when they decide to stay and vice versa. Is it just me?

In the UK version just guess Love it. You'll be right 90% of the time.

That's right. They hardly ever list it.

I am addicted to the Australian one and the houses are lovely, they list them a lot. It is way better than U.K. show.

I enjoy the Australian one too. I like the presenters and the house owners do quite often decide to sell.
They seem to be able to move on to much bigger houses.

I agree the Aussie one is better. The renovations are often on a grander scale, and yet they do seem to list more. I'm always astounded at the cost of houses though, but the one in Perth recently made me think that maybe moving back to Australia is financially achievable.
