Where did Moira's caravan of love go? Lydia could have that.

Why do Victoria and David keep going on about the age gap between them? I know there is an age gap but it's not as though she's a teenager. Surely Tracey is a similar age to Victoria and noone batted an eye lid when she married David.

Only one post here since Tuesday - you can see why the writers believe that we viewers prefer the big, dramatic crime/drugs/gangster/issue-led storylines rather than the everyday stuff.

Not true in my case; I'm quite enjoying this exploration of David's character for example. I have known a couple of people like David IRL. Never content, always looking for the next thrill, the next high. Wonder if they'll bring back Maya at some point?

Have we seen the last of Noah for the time being? 🙏 Again, credit to the writers for the way in which we could see that Noah was displaying behaviours often described here on MN - everyone's fault but his own, unwilling to accept he'd done anything wrong, lack of empathy, saying sorry but not really meaning it etc.

I hope we have seen the last of laughing boy Noah - he's an awful character, as is Cathy. I really like Samson and hope he gets some big (nice) storylines - don't turn him into a baddie or a perv please. I'm even warming to Faith who was a character I hated when she first appeared. Such a pity we've had to wait so long to see that Mark Charnock is such a good actor after playing a buffoon for so long.

It does make me laugh that David and Victoria have only just got together and already the spark is gone and they are moaning about not having enough time together and being too tired for any bedroom action. I know lots of relationships are like this but not within 5 minutes of getting together.

Agree that it's quite interesting exploring David's impulsive character, particularly as he's had a disastrous love life.

Also I'm fascinated by the Faith/Cain relationship. I hope this is explored properly before she presumably dies. A little while back they did an episode on why Faith left her kids which was really well done (although turned the lovable Shadrach into a wife beater overnight which was quite controversial). Obviously that decision she made has made Cain who he is today. If the writers get it right it could be sensational but not sure whether they will go there or not.

Thursday's writing was a bit weird especially the court scenes. I was totally confused as to what was actually happening.

I don't want Noah to go anywhere. I want him to go back to being the lovely lad he was. I liked Zak giving him hell and the fact that Samson is giving him the cold shoulder is a good lesson too.

Did anyone think the scene with Moira and nurse Wendy was a bit odd? We saw the inside of Moira’s fridge with cans of cider inside which she then removed and then they cracked the cans open, it looked completely unnatural, Moira and Wendy necking cider in the middle of the day, normally it would be a pot of tea! I’m presuming product placement?

Did anyone think it a bit weird they've got David having money troubles? I'm guessing they want to highlight the rising energy costs and food costs but it just seems odd to have David struggling when he runs the only shop in the village that everyone shops in. Surely people more likely to struggle are Dan, Kerry, Amy, the Dingles. Usually it's the farm that is always on the brink of going under.
