I hadn't really got into K dramas properly since Crash Landing into You (which I obsessed with over lockdown), but this is so cute!
Very endearing characters and lots of silly/laugh out loud moments.
Korean rom-coms are just cheesy on a different and very endearing level.

Funnily enough my 16 year old is also a Kdrama fan, so it's a nice thing to bond over.

I have to say, DaggerIsle, CLOY has been a remarkably effective Hallyu recruiting tool. I’m losing count of the number of new arrivals who say it was their route in to the kdrama rabbithole. 😄 But yes, we are all a bit massively obsessed with kdrama and love it when new addicts join the fun.

CLOY was remarkable in that it genuinely had the perfect male lead- loyal, kind, thoughtful and beautiful. It was so refreshing to watch a show with a nice man.
No lying, cheating, or emotional mind fuck. He was just lovely.
And she was strong, independent and kind female lead.
I honestly was so happy when they got married IRL. I felt like a teenager.
