I enjoy it. However, unlike Phil &Kirsty, pros & cons don’t seem to be discussed much. In the most recent one ( couple from Billericay), the Elephant in the Room of three of the properties was never discussed -road noise! They were clearly on main roads, probably why they ended up not buying any of them.
The other thing is how huge, even over-sized the houses are. So maybe they have the money to buy them, but can they afford the upkeep.
I guess I am too much of a realist.
