"The 12 celebrity contestants have been in secret training for the past few weeks - and have already notched up some eye-watering injuries.

Pop star Gareth Gates, TV presenter Sarah Greene, ex-Hear'Say singer Suzanne Shaw, tennis ace Greg Rusedski, singer Samantha Mumba and former Page Three model Linda Lusardi are among the hopefuls.

The line-up is completed by former Olympic medallist Steve Backley, cleaning guru Aggie Mackenzie, GMTV's Michael Underwood, Hollyoaks actor Chris Fountain, and TV presenters Natalie Pinkham and Tim Vincent"

LOL Annie! I'm looking forward to it too. Wish it was Saturday night though. Its on a 5.45 on Sunday It'll ruin our routine for the next 12 weeks! We always sit down for Sunday dinner together at 6 and watch a family film. DH just isn't going to watch it!

suwoo · 07/01/2008 14:42

What about Scott Mills or was that an in-joke I was listening to on radio 1?

sweetheart · 07/01/2008 14:46

Thats a cracking line up - I ususally feel disapointed when these so called "celebrity" programmes announce who's on but I think they got themselves some good ones there! I actually know nearly all of them without having to google them!

MaureenMLove · 07/01/2008 14:48

I'll be rooting for Steve Backley. He's our local boy and went to school with my DB.
