Panorama documentary on rape

I haven't seen a thread about this programme and I understand it's a very emotive topic.

I saw the Panorama Rape documentary last night and I was shocked, saddened and a whole range of other emotions. Less than 1% of cases get convicted, less go to court.

The two sisters who had their case dropped twice by CPS before they decided to take it to court again and their father got 40 years for 14 counts of rape.

This just really upset me. Anyone see it?

I saw it and was also looking for a thread.

It wasn't an easy watch.

I found it interesting that the two 'success' stories were rapes of children. The adult ones they featured came to nothing, unsurprisingly.

Thank you to the survivors who took part Flowers

It was a difficult and emotive watch for me.
Im in awe of the survivors who took part.
The statistics are shocking.
The police and CPS are in a twisted battle of will they won't they, playing with people's lives.
That HAS to change. NOW.
