What a bonkers show. Its so cheesy. I love it. No brain power needed.

Absolutely agree, there was some excellent cake humour (not sure if this is a thing, but it should be).

One of the things I like about it is that they’re each making one small cake. I started to watch one of these series and there were buckets and buckets of ingredients and it felt a bit wasteful.

It's really fun! Such amazingly talented people.

I wonder if you can clear up a mystery for me, though... in episode 3 there is a conch shell, and everyone is pronouncing the word 'conk'. Have I been pronouncing it wrong (with a 'ch' at the end) all my life? Is 'conk' the American pronunciation? Was I in fact having some kind of breakdown? Google hasn't really helped to clarify (and I have now conked out with covid tiredness)

I enjoyed the show but felt that using a chocolate mold was not making something out of cake.
