I laughed like a drain. Did you see him on 3 men in another boat?

JingleyJen · 05/01/2008 22:26

oh yes I watched him last week having decided to watch in bed and giggled so much I had to come downstairs so I didn't wake the kids!

Whizzz · 05/01/2008 22:27

Look you can book him to come & speak after your next dinner !!

he's brilliant, isn't he. I think I want to marry him and have his babies. (He said he wasn't married I think - oh and I can't have babies, but aside from that the sentiment stands)

emsiewill · 05/01/2008 22:28

What a coincidence, I watched this today. Can't believe he's only 34 (or was he winding us up?). It was v funny.

Didn't like him dissing Newport, though...although I didn't mind as much as I would do if I was actually from here...

Whizzz · 05/01/2008 22:45

Just been online looking for seats to see him live - but only rubbish seats left near us. He is so witty

Yes, saw this when it was on! He's great. Bless him (got a soft spot for him )

BrieVinDeAlkaSeltzer · 05/01/2008 22:48

I so would..............

Maidamess · 05/01/2008 22:51

Join the queue...

PrismManchip · 05/01/2008 22:51

I would too

(I would however avoid the front rows at any of his gigs...)

Whizzz · 05/01/2008 22:51

He is so witty - some one book him as their after dinner speaker - after beans on toast & Mars Lemon Drizzle cake........ maybe we could all club together....

playing it at the moment - just as funny second time round.

Love the idea of hiring him and chipping in. All round to my house then?

Whizzz · 05/01/2008 23:14

Yup, I'll be there

Just watched it - thanks for the link Whizzz. I think his thing about the law in Ireland kind of sums up my parenting - there are some things that are 'That's grand', then there's 'Ah now, don't push it' and then there's 'Right, now you're taking the piss'.

JackieNo · 05/01/2008 23:14

Yes - I'll come to yours to see him too, Kew.

Cappuccino · 05/01/2008 23:15

I had a dream about him the other night

we were in a mini-van

surprisingly he is an intensely erotic kisser

JackieNo · 05/01/2008 23:17

Lol at the mini van. People in dreams always are surprisingly erotic kissers, I find.

Kewcumber · 05/01/2008 23:17

I wonder how much he charges - how much would we have to chip in each . Better start saving...

I think he lives somewhere near me so no travelling expenses

BrieVinDeAlkaSeltzer · 05/01/2008 23:18

Jackie No, it just sums about up Irish parenting...............

BrieVinDeAlkaSeltzer · 05/01/2008 23:18

btw

BrieVinDeAlkaSeltzer · 05/01/2008 23:24

I am on the floor ............he is so funny.

bran · 05/01/2008 23:24

If I load it up now and don't shut down my computer, will I still be able to watch it tomorrow? I want to see it, but I'm tired and want to sleep too.
