Spoilers for everything so far

Just binge watched this. Oh what an ending! Actually quite gutted with that.

Oh is the second part out????

BiscuitLover3678 · 15/03/2022 20:38

Really cba with that Mel guy. There must be more to him and why he’s there, he’s just annoying atm.

Find all the stuff with Zeke more awful than I’m supposed to (baby must be so traumatised😢)

Hate Javi with a passion

It is next month

29th April it’s back

I somehow don’t see it being a happily ever after ending. Although I’ve wanted Frank Jr and Ruth to get together since beginning season 4 (before he beat her up of course). Blush

I think everyone will suffer because of the Byrds and Wendy and Marty will go off somewhere to cause more havoc and do it all again somewhere.

Can't wait.
I have no predictions at all. I have no idea. I couldn't even work out what was going on with the car crash clip, that's about to happen. Presumably Ruth will be central. I dislike Omar's nephew Javi.

Movingonup22 · 15/03/2022 20:43

Oh I’ve just binged it again so I’m ready!

The car accident is obviously going to be key but I can’t work out how it will get to that.

I anticipate Ruth is going to be a magnificent insane ball of rage

MintyGreenDream · 15/03/2022 20:48

One of the Birds will die in the next(final?) season I think

BiscuitLover3678 · 15/03/2022 20:50

Maybe Ruth sends that big truck to kill them all off as she realises it’ll never be a safe world if the byrds are all around? And they all appear to be dead apart from Marty who climbs out, looks shifting around then walks away?

Who was that blond lady who Ruth was visiting?

Also can someone explain the whole FBI situation with Javi? And how the Byrds are able to go to Chicago?

Can’t decide whether I am happy with or angry with Jonah.

Darlene softened a LOT this series, but I was still ok with her going. Wyatt though, that’s so not fair.

I still don’t understand properly the fbi thing

Did Maya just separately arrest Omar to get her own back on them all?

Also with Javi I thought they were going to rearrest him.

It seemed a bit easy tbh.

Also does anyone have a timeline? I was confused as the first season was basically three months of summer and then it wasn’t much later and then suddenly the kids are much older? Is it over 2 years?

OP posts:
XelaM · 15/03/2022 21:18

Maya (the worst and most annoying character on Ozark) arrested Omar of her own back, but actually that was my favourite moment of hers because I live Javi and want him to take over the cartel Grin Omar is getting on my nerves nowadays.

Love Javi and hope they don't kill him off!

Darlene was funny until that whole weird Whyatt thing (🤢) and I liked her husband, so was upset that she killed him

XelaM · 15/03/2022 21:20

I LOVE Frank Jr with Ruth! They always had amazing chemistry and I found the whole Ben storyline weird. Ruth and Ben never fit together

XelaM · 15/03/2022 21:21

But does Frank Jr have no ...? Hmm Blush

BiscuitLover3678 · 15/03/2022 21:25

What was with Omar’s whole “I don’t kill children” shit. Then why have Charlotte and Jonah been threatened since day 1??

OP posts:

He got a big one surgically right? Grin I thought he liked her right from the start.

A bit unrealistic he’d just forgive all that though, especially considering he almost killed Ruth at one point.

Did anyone see what Ruth was writing when she visited blond lady in wheelchair? The one who knew her mum?

OP posts:
BiscuitLover3678 · 15/03/2022 21:27

I was more shocked by Wendy not encouraging Charlotte to go to college.

Maybe Jonah will end up shooting everyone.

I've rewatched Ruth's last scene when she shouts at Marty and Wendy loads of times. Amazing acting. The palpable rage and I just don't give a shit after everything that's happened to her family. Did you know that Robin Wright directed that last episode. I somehow think one of the Byrdes has to die for all the devastation they've caused.

She was incredible.

Which one do you think will go? They might all go and Ruth gets the cash.

Or Ruth might end up dead too. Then just Three left. Three with all this cash!

Ruth will kill Javi. I really don't want her to end up with Frank Jr. He beat her up and has no todger. I want her to get out and stay out.

The FBI will put Marty and Wendy in charge of the cartel for years so that they can have a steady supply of money - effectively FBI funded by drug money. (OK, maybe a bit OTT)

i'm still hoping that Ben is alive as we never saw his corpse. A body wrapped up was brought back and burned. But we didn't see him killed. If he evaded the gunman then he might have just shot a homeless person and wrapped them up so he didn't get into trouble for failing at his mission. Then Ruth and Ben could live happily ever after until his next manic beat-up-a-stranger episode

The opening of series four had the Byrds in a car crash, so that has to happen at some point.

RedPanda901 · 15/03/2022 21:50

It's difficult to say. Perhaps poor Jonah. I have felt like he's been so overlooked. He was supportive of his parents in the beginning but they always told him to go to his room or keep quiet. His relationship with the old man (sorry forgot his name) was lovely. Javi is scary-evil. I agree Maya is quite annoying. You don't get enough of a back story on her so she seems one dimensional.

I wonder what happened to Evan. Also again, ( (being a mum of small child ruins all this) the Maya stuff was far too unrealistic. She had a newborn baby! Which she kept carrying around in a car seat 🙄 and was supposedly happy to meet with Navarro.

They’ve never taken Jonah seriously.
