Was nice to see Todd again tonight. Couldn't care much about Summer. She won't go to Oxford, I think we can all guess that. I'm guessing she's binging on sweets or coffee (or drugs and alcohol!) through the night and all this revision will be for nowt.

Can't quite work out what the future is going to be for Alfie and Elsie. Will one, both or neither end up living in that little flat over the builders yard?

Why is Summer doing mocks in April? Aren’t the really exams in May/June?? Thought we could forget about binge eating/ nervous breakdown/diabetic crash but no doubt we have that treat to come on the day of the most important exam

To be fair, my niece did her mock a levels last week.

That would be a good twist if Toyah and Imran kept Alfie. Although I couldn’t bear watching Abi go on another bender.

Maybe Abi will fall down a sinkhole and they will adopt Alfie. Then in a few months/years he will become ill and need a donor, and Imran will have to confess.

Toyah gets on my very last nerve the way she pops up everywhere and inserts herself into every one else’s business. Go home and spend some time with the child you wanted so much you beaky mare!

Maybe Elsie will push Abi into the sink hole , and tie up assorted storylines. Although Kevin would be alone again

The end of yesterday’s episode really hooked me. The scene between Maria and Gary and the one between Abi and Imran!

Glad to see Imran is trying to help as much as he can instead of just deserting Abi. I wonder how long it takes for Toyah to somehow find out the truth

Also never thought I’d say it but I do feel a bit sorry for Emma. As much as she annoys me, she does seem to get on with that Jon lad (is that is even his name?!)

The whole time they were drinking I was thinking ‘ffs did you not kill his grandad?!’ waiting for that storyline to start going downhill also

Would they really use the abandon thing against mothers over and over for rest of baby’s childhood? I always thought these days see it as trauma response rather than stamping unfit mother. I know drugs is another level but you think use that as main reason.

Of course Summer will go to Oxford.Then, in the manner of all soap characters who go to Oxford, she will last a couple of weeks there then come home because she is ''homesick'' and end up sewing knickers or working in the pub, cafes or even the garage.She will have learnt car mechanics in her two weeks at Oxford of course.
The reason soaps do this is because the actor will be out of work while at Oxford, they do the same with murderers e.g. Gary.
