This has just given me a massive flashback to my favourite ever TV ad - a PG tips one with Johnny Vegas and the monkey where the punchline was 'shoes for pigeons!' No-one ever remembers it.

Harpreets whole concept is more consistent though

I agree. For a rubbish selection of candidates maybe it was easier when it was actually a job so if the winner was no good could quietly move to a dead end part of one of the companies he owns.
