Don't know if anyone is watching this . There are so many contestants that it's a bit hard to follow but I'm sticking with it as a relief from Ukraine which I've been watching all day🥲. They've just brought 3 of the contestants' actual fridges from their homes and they have to use the contents - different! It's on BBC3 every evening.

Ooh, it is a few years old I think, previously shown on W, but worth the watch.

DementedPanda · 24/02/2022 19:27

I'm watching it right now. Its very happy clappy compared to the UK version!

LIZS · 24/02/2022 19:29

The first series had contestants voting each other off by choosing knives from a block. It is far superior to the UK version.

DementedPanda · 24/02/2022 19:31

I'm watching the one that's on BBC catch up.. series 10?

Blueberrycreampie · 24/02/2022 19:32

It's annoying how the presenter repeats what's been said 30 seconds before to allow for non existent adverts!

2018 series 10

DementedPanda · 24/02/2022 19:46

Ah ok, I'd love to watch them all!

OnTheBoardwalk · 02/03/2022 21:45

Oh I’ve not seen series 10 and have seen it’s got Jess in it. I'll watch it

Series 11 (not seen that either) and 12 and 13 are on Watch catch up

Only problem is at 61 episodes a series they are a proper commitment once you start watching

GorgonzolaSouffle · 02/03/2022 21:47

I find it very theatrical and a bit cringey

CeleriacOfTheNight · 02/03/2022 21:47

I'm watching this one at the moment too. Yes, it's super whoopy and happy clappy Grin

And the presenters are a tad cheesy, but on the plus side, they're not Gregggg Wallace.

Drywhitefruitycidergin · 02/03/2022 21:53

I like the format and I love Shannon of Aussie MC with mystery box/team challenge/elimination more interesting than Gregg & John but agree on repetition & commitment required.

Blueberrycreampie · 02/03/2022 22:03

It wasn't on BBC3 tonight was it? Bloody football!

I'm watching on iplayer - they seem to put a whole week's worth on either Sunday or Monday. Really confused me last week coz I assumed full series was on and couldn't find it.

GrandTheftWalrus · 02/03/2022 22:33

It's still the old judges on that one isn't it? I liked the one with the new judges but covid hit halfway through and it got boring.

BeringBlue · 05/04/2022 20:32

We are going to be catching up with this is a few weeks - we watched most of it on Amazon Prime in France (when we still had an accessible UK account pre-Brexit) but missed the last two episodes!

We love the Aussie version - so much more camaraderie, and you really get to know the contestants. Haven't bothered with the oddly stilted version for years.

BeringBlue · 05/04/2022 20:34

*oddly stilted UK version, doh.
