Guess what I just read!

From the 7th of March, Doctors will be repeated every day at 7pm on BBC 2- so kind of prime time Grin.

So that's fun Grin.

(Not sure if it's permanent or just an experiment).

Still only Monday to Thursday, but can't have everything. Grin

Rosie is based on Mrs Overall from Acorn Antiques, isn't she?

OP posts:
EventuallyDelighted · 17/03/2022 14:17

Yes, she is Grin

smallandimperfectlyformed · 18/03/2022 14:50

People like Princess absolutely fascinate me. She is as nice as pie in front of other people but when she is alone with people she doesn't think is important she says hurtful things. Because she is exploiting people's weak points she knows they are unlikely to tell other people about them. I am interested in seeing the story play out with her but hope she isn't there for too long as well!!

RockaLock · 18/03/2022 18:29

I wonder if we'll ever find out what happened to the missing doctor.

Or whether it'll be another storyline that the writers just sort of forget about...

And when will they drop the social distancing? It was ridiculous when they were out in the Icon this week - all of them sat at separate tables!

Raahh · 18/03/2022 18:52

Rock I didn't understand why they were all sitting at separate tables at the Icon- when they were practically on top of each other when they were at Emma's party.

I agree the missing doctor storyline was just a ruse to introduce Sutton Vale, so will probably go nowhere.

I also very much hope Princess isn't going to be a long term character- I know we aren't meant to like her, but I really don't Grin

Yes Raahh, exactly, there didn't seem to be much social distancing at Emma's party!

And agree about Princess, she's awful. Hopefully she will be booted out when the rest of the staff finally realise how awful she is too.

MaeveKerrigan · 19/03/2022 09:29

I really don't like Princess. Hopefully, she bumped off the issuing doctor and when Rob discovers his body he'll arrest her and we won't have to put up with her nastiness.

I am wondering how long before she gets the usual plot that everyone has where she is on a house call to a remote location and gets kidnapped by the psycho patient. Maybe they can keep her....
8timesPerWeek · 20/03/2022 21:10

I've just caught up.
The young girl with the ectopic pregnancy, a sad and shocking story. Unfortunately I was distracted by her wandering accent, Scouser one minute, then Lancastrian with hints of Brum and south east.

Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:46

Is Emma going home today?

OP posts:
EventuallyDelighted · 21/03/2022 13:47

Still testing positive = still able to watch Doctors.

Emma has met her match with Magda hasn't she?

EventuallyDelighted · 21/03/2022 13:47

She is Mrs Overall for sure

Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:47

Rosie has broken the system. But never mind, she made tea. Grin

OP posts:
Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:49

Eventually she really is Grin

And what a coincidence- the downstairs loo in Emma's house is broken (what did the Gobbys do in there??)

Dr Ashdown has been mentioned, anyway. AndRosie cries...which is getting very boring.

EventuallyDelighted · 21/03/2022 13:49

Ms Sitwell was having a thing with the missing doctor I reckon.

Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:50

Don't annoy her Luca Grin

OP posts:
Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:51

Eventually I got the feeling Dr Ashdown was about 70.

Not sure why Grin.

Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:53

Unfair Daniel- not Al's fault that she didn't want to talk, and you hear half a conversation. Don't make it something it's not.

LIZS · 21/03/2022 13:54

Do we know the previous with Magda? No way should someone with a broken hips be sitting at the height of her soft sofa or bum shuffling up the stairs. Did the OT not do a home assessment?! even if to nose at her house

Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:54

Looked like she may have lost her children.

I thought at first she was going to be another counselling candidate for jimmi.

Pen and paper probably makes sense, given the disaster she is with the IT .

OP posts:
Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:56

LIZS MAgda has a chip on her shoulder because Emma apparently treated her as just as nurse, at some previous time (I forget the exact details).

Ahh- so the children are with their father.

OP posts:
Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:58

Busted, Hazeem.

OP posts:
EventuallyDelighted · 21/03/2022 13:58

Weirder and weirder

Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:59

That's a great thing for a traumatised patient to see- a receptionist machine gunning the screen.

OP posts:
Raahh · 21/03/2022 13:59

Rosie is a terrible gossip- oh ffs. STOP CRYING!
