Who's all dead in Holby?

I watched it last night for the first time in a few weeks and couldn't work out who'd all died in something that happened last week. Can someone fill me in on it?

That young nurse Zoe that had a fling with Sam was killed in the Crossbow incident.

Faye was badly injured, as was Elliots daughter Martha.

Did you not see the "It's a wonderful life" episode where Elliot is visited by an angel??
