she's not been in a film for four years, apparently... and this merits screen time on our NATIONAL news programme on the BBC. give me strength!

omg yes that tom hanks interview was dire

and u can fel the line of crappy journalists and the pr people outside the room it's just such a hollow load of caxck

and he came across as a complete nob i had to turn the tv off

i know why i never watch tv

i must ahve seen about 5 hours of tv in the last 6 months

I was quite amused by a quote of Tom Hanks saying he thought 'Aston Villa' was a really funny name for a football club - he put on a really camp english accent to say the name, too.

mind you, that was local news, so it's not quite the same thing, you expect larks and nonsense locally.

i don't mind a few actors being interviewed on the news, it's coming up to awards season and i suppose there is some news with the writers strike etc.

they have to fill their endless time with something i guess.

nope. they didn't mention the writers' strike or awards, at least on the JR thing. just talked about having fat days. it was mortifying.
