I thought Elle's fellow triplets were Robert and Cameron, and that Andrew had a different mother. Though having said that, I just tried to type out 'Andrew and Cameron', so maybe Evil 'Twin' is exerting a faint but malign influence over the Neighbours fandom.

Andrew's mum is Christine Alessi and as Google has just told me, had a really random Scots accent when he first appeared on screen.
