Can anyone help me to understand.

Who died in the fire? Was the wife the sister of the man who went in to rescue them, who is also babysitting 2 boys. Are the boys their sons? In other words their mum & dad died in the fire?

Who is charlotte. The woman was screaming for charlotte mid fire.

So confused.

Is this on a again?

It doesn’t really make sense in the end either, as I recall.

It was the wife and children of David Tennant’s character who died in the fire.

Can’t remember who Charlotte is.

I only watched it because part of it was filmed where I live, and it was a struggle, tbh. Watching it, not the filming.
