I just know she's Ray Winstone's daughter and not much else!

All the clues were about her dad.

Traffic Cone cannot be anybody other than Aled Jones. Aside from the fact that he speaks and sings just like Aled, all of the clues fit. Aside from the 'Believe' album (also with a nod to Songs of Praise), he also had an album called Blessings, released a book called Everyday Blessings and.... did a duet of 'Silent Night' (of all songs!) with Brian Blessed.

Plus he's a keen Tennis player and did compete against the fourth-ranking player in a celebrity tournament. And performing in front of the royal family, in musicals, gold/platinum-selling recordings.

AP based mainly on the skates clue, the apparent 'soap' clues and the fact Hayley is now a very established musical theatre performer, I would have not been surprised if it had been her.
